Joe has been tattooing professionally since 2007. Throughout his career, he has worked in respected studios across Eastern North Carolina while also traveling extensively along the East Coast for tattoo conventions and guest artist appearances. Since making Raleigh his home in 2012, Joe has become a well-established presence in the local tattoo community. In 2021, he opened Eye Heart Tattoo in downtown Raleigh, creating a welcoming space focused on quality craftsmanship and timeless tattooing.
